1. SHIPPING INFO

We ship worldwide from Stockholm, Sweden.
Regular shipping cost 3,00€.
Tracking numbers are provided only for orders up to 100,00€.
If you want to have a tracking number and be delivered within 7 days, place your order and add the message "Tracking nr required" and we will send you an additional payment request of 15,00€.

Regular delivery time expected:
EUROPE = 6 workings days
USA = 10 working days
OTHER COUNTRIES = 7 to 30 working days
If your order hasn't been delivered after this period of time, please contact us at customer.service@suzywan.com

2. CUSTOMER SERVICE
- CONTACT
If you need any further details regarding our products and have any questions about your orders, get in touch with us by e-mail with your name and your order reference to customer.service@suzywan.com

- DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
If your item is damaged due to the postal service, contact us within 2 days from the delivery date with a picture of the damaged product. We will proceed an exchange of the same item or a refund.

- RETURN
You have 10 working days starting from the delivery date to return your product in case of "non satisfaction".
We will proceed the refund in a maximum of 30 days.
Earrings can not be return due to hygiene matter.
The shipping charges for "non satisfaction" goes for the customer.

3. JEWELRY - MATERIAL
All our jewelry are handmade in our workshops in Stockholm.
Most of our products are made of acrylic, brass and silk.
Chains and earrings are guaranteed nickel and lead free.
